With continuing reductions in state funding, the need for strategically planned and thoughtfully designed negotiations with the employee groups is of more vital importance that ever before.

TSS annually offers statewide summits on collective bargaining issues in partnership with ACSA and SEAC and in collaboration with CSBA, CASBO and CCESSA. These collective bargaining summit sessions provide information about the challenges faced by the school districts in the current environment, proposed solutions and best practices, and other resources and tools that district will find helpful.
